Product Description

Yandles specialises in cutting green oak. We realise that the most important thing to you is both speed of turnaround and quality of product, and so we offer both. Unlike our competition we are not reliant on importing beams and so do not have long lead times with variable quality. Yandles cut oak beams on-site in our fully functioning sawmill hosting a log saw and resaw. This means we can turnaround most orders in under 5 working days, but often sooner. We don't scrimp on quality either. With over 90 years of experience between our sawmill managers; each order is personally selected, cut and checked. Whether it is an oak frame, gate post, or lintals we always ensure it meets our high standards.

Please be aware that timber is cut to order, and so may take up to 5 working days to be processed. Any ordered timber can be collected on site.

Delivery

Timber Delivery Rates for Mainland UK start from: Bench slats - £11.99 Large Timber - £19.99 Double Pallet - £99.98(up to 2.4m) Triple Pallet - £149.97 (up to 3.6m). Green oak is delivered by palletised deliveries on a two day service and the costs are determined by length.

Green oak is heavy and will require lifting off the lorry. Please ensure you have necessary equipment or man power to unload the lorry. This may require more than one person. Our office can advise on approximate weights

If there are access issues please advise prior to delivery and we can arrange necessary transport although this may occur a sur charge.

We will call before dispatch once the order is ready to organise a delivery day. We book in all deliveries and Pallet force will call on the day of delivery to give a rough delivery time.
