Payment

We have a very secure online ordering facility, we accept ALL major debit and credit cards and PayPal. Your order will not be confirmed until we dispatch goods. If there is an adjustment to delivery you will be notified to confirm the adjustment before your order is processed. Please note, payments are processed at the point of sale including pre-orders. We do not hold payments nor do we hold card details.

Delivery

We aim to deliver all products as soon as possible. In some instances, milling of timber and low stocks may cause a short delay in delivery, however, we will notify you to inform you of any delays.

For selected products under 2kg in weight, we charge £3.99 for delivery with Royal Mail Second Class, most other products we charge from £6.99 for mainland UK delivery with DPD up to & including 30kg in weight.

Offshore, Scotland, Ireland price start from £19.99 as standard but may vary dependent on the product & your exact location

For orders over 30gk in weight, such as heavy machinery and orders which require a palletised delivery service; orders will be sent via pallet courier at a rate from £39.99 (mainland UK). Please Note: this will be a kerbside delivery service only & will take between 3-5 Working days however, this can be longer during busy periods & bank holidays.

Please note for Industrial machines prices start from £79.99 (mainland UK).

Green Oak / Heavy Timber Delivery:
Green oak is heavy and will require lifting off the lorry. Please ensure you have the necessary equipment or manpower to unload the lorry. This may require more than one person. Our office can advise on approximate weights
If there are access issues please advise prior to delivery and we can arrange necessary transport although this may occur a surcharge.
We will call before dispatch once the order is ready to organise a delivery day. We book in all deliveries and Pallet Force will call on the day of delivery to give a rough delivery time.

All deliveries must be accepted in person or there could be a re-delivery fee.

ALL CARRIAGE CHARGES WILL BE AUTOMATED TO YOUR LOCATION AT POINT OF CHECKOUT - YOU CAN ALSO USE OUR DELIVERY CALCULATOR BY INPUTTING YOUR POSTCODE AT THE BOTTOM OF THE PRODUCT PAGE.

All delivery charges are subject to change depending on location and circumstances.

Returns & Refunds

For all returns, please download our Customer Returns Form. This form should be included with all returns, any returned orders without a returns form cannot be processed.

Our returns policy is governed by our terms and conditions, please refer to our terms for information about our returns schedule. Orders returned to us in full within 14-days of purchase will be refunded in full including your original postage cost however, this will exclude your return postage. Please note, if your goods are returned after 14-days of purchase you will not be subject to your original carriage refund.

Returns & Refunds Procedures

If you are returning a product to us, please download & fill out our Returns Form. Safely package your goods up (including your returns form) & return to the below address, marking for the attention of Yandles Returns Department. Once received the items will be checked & a refund/replacement will be actioned accordingly.

Please note, we cannot take responsibility for any damages or losses to products being returned to us, we urge customers to seek the correct insurance from their chosen courier before dispatching any parcels. All returns must include our returns form in order to action the return.

Damaged in Transit / Missing Items

Any deliveries that arrive damaged are FULLY covered however, you will need to report the damage to us either via email or telephone within 24 hours of receiving your order.  If the packaging is damaged & you suspect the goods are likely to be damaged/missing, please sign for the delivery as damaged & report the damage to us immediately.  Any damages or missing items not reported within 24 hours will not be covered - this does not affect your statutory rights & any product that develops a manufacturing fault will be covered in accordance with the manufactures warranty.
