"Very happy. I bought the 1.2m lengths but decided to cut them in half as I saw some of the benches on Brighton seafront with plastic slats had sagged a little.(I don't know who made them or where the council sources them) They might have been overloaded and abused or the warm weather but I decided use a shorter length to eliminate that possibility. They look fine, and in my opinion better than timber slats. They are perfectly rigid."

Drilling

The plastic is harder than our standard sapele and oak and will blunt tools quicker. You need to make sure your tools are sharp before you start.
