"Nice bench slats. I bought seconds as the bench is really just for decoration - but the slats were perfectly good. I can’t say the same about the delivery service though. Website says delivered to customer - but the driver had forged my signature and I had to go looking around the neighbourhood for the package. Poor customer service from the delivery company when I complained - hence only three stars!!"

"We are so pleased with the bench slats. We had been searching for ages in timber yards but were unable to find anything suitable. Then we found you on line and are so happy with our purchase. Everything arrived very well packed and in good order and the slats have transformed an old bench for much less than the cost of buying a new one. Thank you for your excellent service and product."

The wrong size slats were sent initially in error, but the correct size was sent the next day, with no issues and resolved right away."

"Very impressed with the service and product.
Fully expected a more "rustic" state of the 2nds quality sapele slats ordered, but was pleasantly surprised by how good they were.
A quick fine sand and some preserver and a few drilled holes later the bench was looking splendidly!
Would def. highly recommend! and will use again if ever the need arises."
