With an introduction from Record Power, the day will start with looking at the tool set and how to sharpen each of the tools for the best results. We will reshape your tools to a NEW, SHARPER Profile, straight out of the box. You will then use & KEEP the full 6-pce set of tools, armed with the knowledge on how to resharpen them at home!

When we have a nicely sharpened set of tools, we will look at a beginners spindle project. This will be a garden dibber, an interesting little project as it uses all the spindle tools to get a nice controlled shape and great finish.

The second project of the day will be a bowl, at approximately 7” (175mm) a nice size to give you a good grounding in the making of a bowl.
