"I telephoned to ask whether this item was as shown, with a 150mm clock face in a 150 mm bezel, and spoke to three people in different departments who assured me it was. Nonetheless, it was delivered with a 110 mm clock face in a 150mm bezel.
Very disappointed with inaccurate assurances from your staff."
