The Polycut has a heavy Cast Iron base and frame for smooth, vibration free running; a throat depth of 19 5/8?; thickness capacity of 2 5/8?; a four speed belt drive system (700, 1100, 1270, 1600 strokes per min.), and two stoke lengths (9/16? and 15/16?), giving eight possible operating permutations for all types and thicknesses of material; Cast Iron 19? x 10?, 45º tilting table: Industrial quality Phosphor Bronze sleeve bearings with oiling nipples and heavy cast arms for maximum precision; self-contained dust extraction ducting or sawdust blower; under table guard.
