We are committed to protecting your privacy. In order to process your order we require your name, email address, home address, and delivery address (if required). We also need your telephone number, which enables us to contact you urgently if there is an issue with your order. We share some of this information with third parties, who are on our behalf, required to complete your order e.g. couriers. Under no circumstances will your details be passed to any third parties for use as marketing. We also receive your card details to process payment for your order, as required by the Data Protection Act 1998, we have strict procedures in place to ensure the secure and restricted storage and use of this data.   • Personal data relating to transactions is anonymised after seven years and your account will be removed after seven years of inactivity
  • Personal data that is used for marketing purposes will be retained indefinitely unless you choose to opt out

  • Our web designers, Iconography Ltd, can act on our behalf as Data Processors. This means they host our website and have access to ensure its corrects function.
  • In order to offer you Klarna’s payment methods, we might in the checkout pass your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna, in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment methods and to tailor those payment methods for you. Your personal data transferred is processed in line with Klarna’s own privacy notice.
