1. Contract of Sale
A contract between you (the customer) and Yandles.co.uk is formed once you have received and signed for your delivery. Until that point, we reserve the right to cancel or amend your order.
2. Right to Cancel Orders
We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order at our sole discretion, without prior notice. This may be due to stock discrepancies, pricing errors, payment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be notified as soon as possible.
3. Errors & Omissions
While we strive to ensure all information on our website is accurate, occasional errors may occur. These may include, but are not limited to:
- Out-of-stock items
- Oversold products
- Incorrect pricing
- Changes to delivery charges
Should any of these issues arise, we will contact you promptly to advise you of the next steps or offer suitable alternatives.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices displayed are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We reserve the right to update our prices at any time.
5. Delivery
Delivery times and charges are outlined on our Delivery Information page. While we aim to meet all delivery estimates, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. Delays may occur due to external factors beyond our control.
6. Returns & Refunds
Our Returns Policy outlines your rights and responsibilities when returning goods. You may cancel your order in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds page for full details.
7. Statutory Rights
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights under UK law.

- Delays in delivery
- Product availability
- Reliance on any content displayed on the website
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability which cannot be excluded under UK law.

You may view, download, and print pages for personal use only. You may not reproduce, copy, or use any content for commercial purposes without written permission from us.
Payment
We provide a highly secure online ordering platform where we welcome payment through all major debit and credit cards, as well as PayPal & Klarna. Your order will be verified only when we ship the products. Should any changes to the delivery arise, you will receive notification to approve the adjustment prior to order processing. It’s important to be aware that payments are conducted during the sale, even for pre-orders. We do not retain payment information or card details.
Delivery
Our goal is to deliver all products promptly. Occasionally, delays in delivery might occur due to timber milling and low stocks, but rest assured, we will promptly notify you of any such delays.
Tools, Machinery & Turning Blanks Delivery:
For orders weighing less than 2kg, a delivery charge of £4.49 applies, we use Royal Mail Tracked 48 service (please note this service is estimated as 48-hr in transit from Royal Mail & is not from point of order. Estimated delivery is 2-5 working days from point of order). For most other products, a £6.99 fee is applicable for mainland UK delivery via courier, for items weighing up to 30kg. We also offer an express delivery service on some products, priced at £6.99 for delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 24 service or courier (please note this service is estimated as 24-hr in transit from Royal Mail & is not from point of order. Estimated delivery is 1-3 working days from point of order).
Any delivery addresses inside the M25 ring road AND sent by courier are now subject to a congestion charge. This is already included in the carriage cost at checkout and is added at cost price. If you are unsure on whether your delivery postcode applies, please contact us and we are happy to confirm.
Delivery charges for offshore locations, Scotland, and Ireland start at £19.99 as a standard rate, but this may vary depending on the specific product and your exact location. Please use the delivery price checker located at the bottom of the product pages.
Orders exceeding 30kg in weight, including heavy machinery and those requiring palletised delivery, will be sent via pallet courier at a starting rate of £39.99 (mainland UK). Please note that this service covers kerbside delivery only and usually takes between 3 to 5 working days, though this duration might extend during busy periods and bank holidays.
It’s important to note that prices for Industrial machines commence from £79.99 (mainland UK).
Heavy Timber Delivery including Green Oak:
Green oak is weighty and necessitates unloading from the delivery truck. Ensure you have the appropriate equipment and personnel to manage unloading, which might require more than one person. Our office can provide approximate weight guidance. If manual unloading is required, please contact the office to coordinate delivery. In case of access challenges, please inform us before delivery, and we can make transport arrangements, although an additional fee might apply.
Once your order is ready, we will call you before dispatch to arrange a delivery day. We schedule all deliveries, and on the day of delivery, Pallet Force will call to provide an estimated delivery time.
Local delivery can be organized (for Heavy Timber) using our flatbed, and a Hi-ab delivery is possible at extra cost. Reach out to us at 01935 822207 (option 3) or via email at [email protected] for more information & pricing.
Please be aware that all deliveries must be received in person, or else a re-delivery fee could apply.
Delivery to NI:
Palletised goods dispatched to Northern Ireland will be deemed ‘not at risk’ through UKIMS and therefore must be for sale to, or final use by, end consumers located in Northern Ireland and not to be forwarded outside of the United Kingdom
ALL CARRIAGE CHARGES WILL BE AUTOMATED TO YOUR LOCATION AT THE POINT OF CHECKOUT – YOU CAN ALSO USE OUR DELIVERY CALCULATOR BY INPUTTING YOUR POSTCODE AT THE BOTTOM OF THE PRODUCT PAGE.
All delivery charges are subject to change depending on location and circumstances.
Returns & Refunds
For all returns, please download our Customer Returns Form. This form should be included with all returns, any returned orders without a returns form will not be accepted. We take no responsibility for returned parcels or items returned without the correct returns paperwork
Our returns policy is governed by our terms and conditions, please refer to our terms for information about our returns schedule. Orders returned to us in full within 14-days of purchase will be refunded in full excluding your return postage.
Returns & Refunds Procedures
In the event that you wish to return a product to us, kindly access and complete our Returns Form by downloading it. After securely packaging your items, including the completed returns form, please send them to the address provided below. Clearly indicate that the package is for the attention of the Yandles Returns Department. Upon receipt, the items will undergo an inspection, following which an appropriate refund will be processed. It’s important to note that the returned goods must be in a new, unused, undamaged state, still within their original packaging, and maintained in a condition suitable for resale. Any returned items not meeting the aforementioned criteria will be declined and can be retrieved at your expense.
Please note, we cannot take responsibility for any damages or losses to products being returned to us, we urge customers to seek the correct insurance from their chosen courier before dispatching any parcels.

Damaged in Transit / Missing Items
Damaged deliveries are protected under our coverage, but it’s necessary for you to notify us of any damage within 24 hours of receiving your order, either through email or telephone. In the event that the packaging appears damaged and you suspect potential damage or missing items, you must sign for the delivery as damaged and promptly informing us about the issue. Please be aware that damages or missing items not reported within the 24-hour timeframe will not be eligible for coverage. This stipulation, however, does not impact your legal rights. Moreover, any product that experiences a manufacturing fault will be covered in line with the manufacturer’s warranty.
Security
To date, we have not received any reports of fraudulent credit/debit card usage stemming from the use of our website. We are committed to upholding the confidentiality of your information once you entrust it to us.
