The PRECISION 530 represents the popular “golden mean” of the EXMAC scroll saw series. It offers a greater throat and is therefore also suitable for larger workpieces. The PRECISION 530 is suitable for demanding DIY enthusiasts, but also for semi-professionals and professionals.

Thanks to the solid construction and the relatively high weight, as well as the very precise and high-quality design, the most accurate cutting results can be achieved in a wide variety of materials (wood materials, synthetic materials and non-ferrous metals).

The solid machine stand, the machine head, the arm, the motor and the high-quality control electronics enable low-vibration operation and guarantee many years of joy with the PRECISION 530 scroll saw. The PRECISION 530 can be operated on a standard workbench as well as on the optionally available stand (see also SET version).

The saw blade can be changed in seconds and without tools (with wing screws or quick-release levers for blade tensioning).
The arm can be raised, making it easier to repeatedly insert the workpiece for internal cuts, and it also can be adjusted to the workpiece if necessary. The workpiece holder (quickly adjustable) helps to guide the workpiece safely.

As with the other models, the machine head of the PRECISION 530 can be tilted to both sides (left up to 43 degrees, right up to 45 degrees). This means that the table always remains in a horizontal position when making angle cuts. This makes processing the workpiece much easier.

The integrated dust blower helps to transport the sawdust to the opening. In conjunction with an optional dust collector, this allows a good dust extraction.

A wide range of commercially available saw blades in all possible designs can be used for the PRECISION 530.
