For a smooth, superior finish, the cutter block has 3 knives and the outfeed roller is rubber coated to reduce marking of the timber as it is fed from the machine. Easy to use,

Record power planer is just magnificent . Very well constructed and lots of attention to detail that other manufacturers can’t be bothered with ; such as the screw down adjuster on the blade shield where the thread is nylon not metal so doesn’t scratch and mark it . Seen others where over time not only is it a mess but becomes difficult to use . It looks very robust overall. Everything was perfectly aligned . Very pleased , thank you .
