This quality Scandinavian pattern Spoon knife features a finely ground and polished blade made from 1095 high carbon tool steel which is hardened to 58-62 Hrc and a handle from selected beech with a steel ferrule. Hook or spoon knives as they are also called are very popular items with spoon carvers and green woodworkers.
