Liberon Wood Filler

Liberon Wood Filler is a water based, multi-purpose filler used to fill and repair surface damage in wood. Quick drying, shrink and crack resistant, flexible and stainable, it is easily sanded and may be screwed and nailed. The low odour, easy to use Wood Filler is suitable for both interior and exterior use. Wood filler may be stained, varnished, waxed or painted. When using outdoors protect with a suitable exterior grade finish. Wood Filler is available in natural and a selection of wood shades.

Preparation

Ready to use, apply on a clean, dry and dust-free surface. Mix the content of the tube with your fingers. If required, protect the parts around the repair area with masking tape.

Application

Apply Libéron Wood Filler and smooth it out by exerting pressure on the painter’s knife. It does not stick and does not roll under the spatula. After drying, sand with 240 grit sandpaper to obtain a perfect result. Choose the shade closest to the desired colour or a tone above.

Advice

• Always test the product on a spare surface or inconspicuous area for colour, compatibility and end results. Wood Filler may accept dyes/stains differently to surrounding wood.
• Remove as much of the product as possible from the tools after use. Do not dispose of residues and washing water/solvents in the sink, toilet, sewer, bin, etc., in order to avoid discharge into the environment.
