My small man cave, predominantly for wood turning, needed better options than my electric drill guide. This bench pillar drill, certainly at the price, was the perfect answer. Not the smoothest running drill ever but certainly accurate by far for my wood working and DIY needs. It is not a drill for heavy metal engineering projects but the price indicates that. Great delivery from a company that both my wife and I enjoy visiting – my woodworking and her needlecraft. I gave the cast table and base of the drill some light emery cloth attention to improve the finish and my only negative comment is that the release screw for the belt cover is simple and tricky but the cover does have a safety cut off. Good basic kit from a great company.
