Hi I have recently started wood turning, and bought a Record DML305 lathe, which is a great little lathe for myself as a starter, I managed to get a second hand four jaw chuck, but it had the 1″ x 8 tpi female thread, so I purchased this adaptor to enable the use of it on my lathe, and it did the job straight out of the package A*****. As ever no fuss, just great and fast service from Yandles I recommend to All A*****

Bought the Record Power SC4 chuck and forgot to request the adaptor at the time of ordering (which comes with the chuck is requested)so had to buy this or return the chuck which seems a pain
One huge buckle lump of metal which does work in allowing me to use old 1x8tpi chuck with various jaws. Need to remember that this cannot be used in reverse on the Coronet Herald
