Best price and prompt delivery from Yandles. The saw is slower to use than a traditional coping saw blade and does need more effort. Might be just a case of getting used to it.

Cuts very well light good saw.

Nice solid coping saw. As others have mentioned, the teeth on the Free-way blade is very fine so cutting is very slow. So probably best for working on thin boards. I bought it as an option for cutting the waste out of dovetails, and for that I think the blade cut is too slow and it also flexes too much to be sure the cut is straight. So useful to have as there will be some fine jobs where it will be just the ticket, but a standard coping saw blade will be better for most jobs. Though the saw will take standard blades too, so that’s an option too and hence the four stars.
