Friday Bandsaw Demonstration

Join us on Friday 24th for various bandsaw demonstrations on a Record Power bandsaw, live in the Toolshop. This demonstration will run from 10am–2pm, covering everything from the very basics to intricate bandsaw-cutting projects.

This paid course will run through the basics of setting up your bandsaw correctly, as well as the best methods for maintaining peak performance.

Friday Afternoon – 1-Hour Sharpening Masterclass

Saturday Woodturning Demonstration with A Woodworker’s Son

Join us on Saturday 25th for a live woodturning demonstration inside Yandles Toolshop with Neil Morris of A Woodworker’s Son. Neil will be turning from 10am–2pm on the Record Power Regent lathe, demonstrating a unique coloured spinning top, whistle, and various other projects to inspire creativity in woodturning.

Time? – The Toolshop will be open from 8:30am–5pm on both days, with events running from 10am–4pm. Friday and Saturday demonstrations and masterclasses will run at the times listed above.

Booking and Parking? – This event is completely free to attend, with no booking required to view the demonstrations. Booking is required to secure a space on the Bandsaw Setup or Sharpening Masterclasses and can be completed online or by calling the Toolshop directly. Parking is free and plentiful, with Yandles’ newly upgraded 100+ space car park, including disabled parking.
