   The chuck was in good condition and has performed well. However, my latest delivery of two lengths of plastic tubing with spiral wire insert was not so satisfactory. The smaller tubing had been squashed out of round in several places and, as you know, the wire is quite hard making it difficult to re-shape.
   I have put this problem in a review to DPD. They will probably say it was damaged before they got it, but could I suggest that it is more suitably packed because with the best will in the world, drivers are not going to place goods carefully in their vans when being pressurised to deliver on time.
