TurnMaster Excelsior box / dovetail cutter RSTM-GT5

Titanium Nitride (TiN) Plasma Bonded Coating box / dovetail cutter. TiN is bonded onto quality HSS. It provides the same advantages as HSS whilst enhancing the cutting life close to that of tungsten carbide. Use the same traditional sharpening equipment used for HSS. Sharpens to 0.12-0.2 microns. Harness of coating up to 85RC. Material is Titanium Nitride on M2 HSS. Better used for parrallel side walls, perfect for box making and creating dovetails. Can be sharpening using modern sharpening machines such as ProEdge and bench grinders.
