Absolute Beginners Woodturning 1-Day Level Two

The Level two course covers the basics of Bowl turning including, techniques, form and finishing
During your course you will learn:
- Where to begin, including what the basic tools are & how to use them
- How to identify & select the Right Timber
- How to sharpen your tools using the Robert Sorby Pro-Edge
- How to safely mount your timber
- Basic principles of Bowl turning
- Basic finishing process
- Health & Safety in your workshop
You will walk away with a finished Bowl at the end of the course.
Our 1-day courses are for up to 5-students and will not run with fewer than 2-students. Once you have ordered your course a confirmation email will be sent to you with your booking reference.
Course’s start at 10am & aim to finish at 4pm with a 1-hour lunch inside our café
Lunch is provided inside our Cafe
