About The Wood

About Ash:   Ash timber plank refers to a wooden plank crafted from ash wood, a type of hardwood known for its strength, durability, and attractive grain patterns. These planks are commonly used in construction, furniture making, flooring, and various woodworking projects. Ash timber planks are prized for their light color, which ranges from creamy white to pale yellow, often with distinctive grain patterns that may include straight lines or swirling designs. Due to its resilience and workability, ash timber is favored by carpenters and craftsmen for its versatility in a wide range of applications. About Tulipwood:   Tulipwood timber plank refers to a wooden board crafted from tulipwood, also known as yellow poplar or tulip poplar. Despite its name, tulipwood is not related to tulip flowers but is derived from the tulip tree native to eastern North America. Tulipwood is prized for its straight grain and creamy white to light yellow color, occasionally tinged with pink or purple streaks, lending a unique and attractive appearance to the timber plank. It is a lightweight hardwood with a fine texture, making it relatively easy to work with for various woodworking projects. Tulipwood timber planks are commonly used in cabinetry, furniture making, interior trim, and decorative applications due to their appealing aesthetics and versatility. About Sapele:   Sapele timber plank refers to a wooden board made from sapele wood, a tropical hardwood native to Africa. Sapele is renowned for its rich reddish-brown color, often featuring darker streaks and an attractive ribbon-like grain pattern that adds depth and character to the timber plank. With a fine texture and moderate hardness, sapele timber is prized for its durability, stability, and workability, making it a popular choice for various woodworking projects. Sapele timber planks are commonly used in furniture making, cabinetry, flooring, boat building, and architectural millwork, where their striking appearance and robust properties lend elegance and sophistication to the finished product.
