Payment

We have a very secure online ordering facility, we accept ALL major debit and credit cards as well as PayPal.

Delivery

We aim to deliver all products as soon as possible. In some instances milling of timber and low stocks may cause a short delay in delivery, however we will notify you to inform you of any delays.

For most products (NOW INCLUDING TIMBER) we charge £6.49 for mainland UK delivery.

Offshore, Scotland, Ireland, France & Germany price start from £29.99 as standard but may vary dependent on the product & your exact location

For heavy machinery and orders which require a palletised delivery; orders will be sent via courier at a rate of £39.99 (mainland UK), France & Germany pallet prices start from £249.99 (product, supplier & location variable)

Industrial machines start from £110 (mainland UK)

Standard delivery to: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Croatia & Slovakia is available from £29.99 but can vary dependent on the weight of the item & your exact location.  

ALL CARRIAGE CHARGES WILL BE AUTOMATED TO YOUR LOCATION AT POINT OF CHECKOUT.

All delivery charges are subject to change depending on location and circumstances.

The order will not be confirmed until we accept payment. If there is an adjustment to delivery you will be notified to confirm the adjustment before your order is processed.

Returns & Refunds

For all returns and refunds please contact us via email or phone (01935 822 207). Our returns policy is governed by our terms and conditions, please refer to our terms for information about our returns schedule. If you require an item to be returned. Please first contact us via the above methods quoting your order number, product code & description, price paid and when you purchased the product. We will provide you with a returns number, which you will be required to display on the returned package along with a copy of your original invoice.

Damaged in Transit

Any deliveries that arrive damaged are FULLY covered, however you will need to report the damage to us either via email or telephone within 24 hours of receiving your order.  If the packaging is damaged & you suspect the goods are likely to be damaged inside, please sign for the delivery as damaged & report the damage to us immediately.  Any damages not reported within 24 hours will not be covered- this does not affect your statutory rights & any product that develops a manufacturing fault will be covered in accordance with the manufactures warranty.

We have never had a report of fraudulent credit/debit card use as a result of using our site. We take great care to ensure that your information remains confidential once you have entrusted us with it.
