Fitting neatly into the gap between the heaviest router table and an industrial sized spindle moulder this machine is ideally suited to small professional workshops.

Now available; The new Mark III model has been improved again. We have increased the maximum tooling size and increased the Vertical stroke, to allow access to even more tooling. We have also added a 4th speed. The new low speed enables the moulder to be converted into a spindle sander and is offered as an optional item.

A precision ground cast iron table, a steel base cabinet and a 2hp induction motor are the basic ingredients which make up this fantastic new spindle moulder. The height of the spindle is controlled by the large hand wheel which can then be locked in position.
A simple belt change selects the correct speed for the tooling.
The body of the fence is cast iron with a dust outlet at the centre. The two fences are adjustable to set the width of the opening, to suit the cutters being used. The outfeed fence can also be stepped out, controlled by a fine pitch thread adjuster, for operations where the complete edge of the workpiece is being removed. Fully adjustable guards are connected to a hinged plate which can quickly be lifted to allow clear access to change the tooling.
The sliding carriage consists of a cast iron table with four bearing guides running along an aluminium extrusion. The fence angle can be set accurately between 90 and 45 degrees with a useful stop to quickly return to 90 degrees again. A hold down clamp and a length stop complete the equipment.
