| Delivery |
|
We aim to deliver all products as soon as possible. In some instances milling of timber and low stocks may cause a short delay in delivery, we will notify you to inform you of this.
For most products we charge £8.99 for delivery, FREE if order value is over £100 ex VAT.
For some large and heavy parcels or for items that require a greater degree of packaging, delivery will be £10.99.
This will include delicate clock movements. This also covers Timber Blanks.
For heavy machinery and orders which require a palletised delivery; orders will be sent via courier at a rate of £44.99.
Industrial machines will require a Price on Application.
All delivery charges are subject to change depending on location and circumstances.
The order will not be confirmed until we accept payment. If there is an adjustment to delivery you will be notified to confirm the adjustment before your order is processed. Back to Top

| Returns & Refunds |
For all returns and refunds please contact us via email (online-sales@yandles.co.uk) or phone (01935 822207). Our returns policy is goverened by our terms and conditions, please refer to our terms for information about our returns schedule. If you require an item to be returned. Please first contact us via the above methods quoting your order number, product code & description, price paid and when you purchased the product. We are committed to protecting your privacy. In order to process your order we require your name, email address, home address, and delivery address (if required). We also need your telephone number, which enables us to contact you urgently if there is an issue with your order. We share some of this information with third parties, who are on our behalf, required to complete your order e.g. couriers. Under no circumstances will your details be passed to any third parties for use as marketing. We also receive your card details to process payment for your order, as required by the Data Protection Act 1998, we have strict procedures in place to ensure the secure and restricted storage and use of this data.
