Yandles has invested in a new softwood area next to our woodworking centre. Fenced in and covering a large area in our old carpark, the softwood area carries a whole new range of products to meet the needs of our customers.
We stock an expanding range tantalised softwood sleepers, rails, feathedge and posts. A full list of stock sizes can be found below.
We also have stock of Native Western Red Cedar featheredge and Planking. The featheredge is available in 3.65m lengths and 150mm widths and the planking is 3.65m long and 150mm wide in 25mm thickness. New for spring 2012 we will be stocking 2” planking.
Within the Softwood area we stock two types of high quality locally made Fence Panels.
We have a square edged softwood panel finished in a good wood preserve available in 1.83mx 1.83m with other sizes available to order available at a very good price.
We also have a hand-made weaved Oak panel, which is available to order. Both are on display in the area.
We also have a stock of Oak Feather edge available in lengths of 2.45m and widths of 150mm. For large orders please contact the office.
We have a stock of Air dried beams in the outdoor area. As they have being drying for years, most of the movement and cracking you experience with fresh sawn oak has happened, which makes them prefect for fireplaces. Each one is individually price and needs to be seen to find your prefect piece. |
