Yandles holds large stocks of Green Oak in a variety of sections and lengths available to take away immediately at competitive prices. We carry a large stock of precut beams and supplement this with a stock of Oak logs to be sawn meaning we are well set up to meet your needs. From our stocks Yandles Mill can prepare your cutting list to any specification you require up to 12”square and 6m long as we have the facilities to cut the timber to the size you require. We can even do larger sizes in most cases, although these may take up to 12working days to be prepared.
The Mill has built a reputation based on a fast efficient service of which it is proud and which it continues to maintain on a daily basis through meeting our customer’s needs. We aim to turn around all orders within 2-3 days and we can often do so quicker. Please ask when you order.
Yandles permanently stocks Standard sizes such as 100mmx100mm, 150mmx150mm and 200mmx200mm in various lengths and these can often be supplied the same day. Please contact us for more information.
The Mill cuts waney edge oak boarding on site from English Oak. It is cut to order and is available in both 20mm and 25mm thick and in a variety of lengths depending on the trees in stock. We can prepare to a set width or random width, although there is a premium on fixing the width of the boarding. When asking for a quote please allow for 20% extra for the overlap which is needed when laying the board.
