Making A Purchase
Currently, we only transact business in the United Kingdom. This will change in due course, to cover most of the world. Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. Entering your card details on our site is VERY SECURE. See below. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. Yandle & Sons Ltd reserve the right to refuse or decline any order without explanation. DESCRIPTION OF GOODS. All goods are described to the best of our knowledge. Goods may not be exactly as shown in the images due to manufacturers’ ongoing modifications and that the monitor settings may adversely affect colours. Goods are sold subject to availability. Customers must assume responsibility for the goods being suitable for purposes required. We accept no liability for losses, damage or injuries howsoever caused by the use of such goods, nor losses due to the unavailability of goods. If goods are out of stock or due for preparation or machining, we will contact customers for advice. |

Shipping And Handling
Our shipping & handling charges currently only apply to UK mainland addresses. We can, however, ship to other offshore addresses but these may occur additional costs. Please ring or email for details. Delivery costs are shown in the 'Shopping Cart'. Deliveries are made using Royal Mail Standard Parcel Service or Yandle approved Couriers as appropriate. Once an order has been despatched, we can accept no responsibility for lost or delayed items. Where more than one item is ordered at the same time, we will aim to ship all items in the same package. However, where this is impracticable due to size or weight, we may despatch items separately. This arrangement does not affect the shipping charges shown. This could mean that individual items will arrive at differing times. |

| Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you after confirming with you that this is acceptable. This will give you the option to cancel the order if you wish. |

Returns Policy
Damaged Goods: Please telephone us within five working days from the date of receipt of damaged goods. Please keep all packaging in tact. Goods returned will be at the purchaser's cost and insurance risk. Yandle & Sons Ltd reserve the right not to reimburse shipping costs.
